As the school year comes to an end, we at Robotical are thrilled to reflect on the remarkable impact Marty the Robot has had on STEM education in recent years. From classroom engagements to professional development, Marty has been busy making a difference!
Since 2020, Marty has embarked on over 800 free trials around the world, with 401 of those in the USA alone. Educators have benefited from more than 800 hours of professional development in coding and robotics, enhancing their skills and teaching methods. This effort has positively impacted 155,500 students, many of whom experienced physical computing for the first time. Out of these students, 98,648 are from the USA.
We are excited that so many schools and students have had the opportunity to meet Marty. Looking ahead, we can’t wait to bring even more STEM and coding fun to classrooms across the globe in the next school year. Thank you for joining us on this incredible journey!
The Importance of STEM Education
STEM education is essential for a well-rounded learning experience. Science explains the world around us, fostering research and critical thinking skills. Technology equips young minds for a high-tech future. Engineering hones problem-solving abilities and practical application of knowledge. Mathematics helps analyze data, eliminate errors, and make informed decisions.
Marty the Robot enhances these aspects by making STEM interactive and fun, bringing coding, robotics, and creative engineering into the classroom. By linking these disciplines, STEM prepares young innovators ready to tackle society’s challenges with sustainable and lasting solutions.
We offer free, two-week trials with Marty the Robot. We’ll even cover shipping & collection costs and provide virtual training for teachers.
